PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This Service Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement” or “Terms”) is a binding legal contract between you (“You,” “Your,” “Member,” or “Customer”) and nobox creatives LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), which operates the brand and platform marketed as “Second Act Advantage,” “TheSociety,” and related programs, products, and events featuring or co-produced with Jay Samit
(collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” submitting payment, attending an event, joining a community, accessing any course, or otherwise using any of the Services, You expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, Our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific terms incorporated by reference. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROVISION, A CLASS-ACTION AND JURY-TRIAL WAIVER, A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND A NO-REFUND POLICY. PLEASE REVIEW SECTIONS 8, 16, 17, AND 22 CAREFULLY.

You represent and warrant that You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and are not barred from receiving the Services under the © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 1 of 13 Second Act Advantage — Service Agreement laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may be used by only one (1) individual unless a multi-seat license is expressly purchased.
3. Description of Services
The Services may include, without limitation: online courses and cohorts; community memberships (including “The Society”); livestreams and webinars; live in-person events, conferences, and retreats (including, by way of example, the Bhutan forum scheduled for November 2026); 1:1 or group coaching; consulting; digital downloads; software and AI-enabled tools; podcasts; books; and any future offerings introduced by Company under the Second Act Advantage brand or any successor or affiliated brand.
Future Offerings. This Agreement governs all current and future Services. New Services launched after the Effective Date are automatically subject to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 24, except where We expressly provide separate or supplemental terms for a specific Service. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any Service-specific terms, the Service-specific terms control only with respect to that Service.
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any Service, feature, content, speaker, schedule, format, or pricing, in Our sole discretion. No specific feature, instructor, speaker (including Talent), schedule, or content is guaranteed to remain available.
4. Fees, Billing, & Subscriptions
4.1 Authorization.
By providing a payment method, You authorize Company and its payment processor (currently Stripe, Inc.) to charge that payment method for the price of the Services purchased, plus any applicable taxes and fees. All fees are stated and payable in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. You represent that You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4.2 Subscriptions and Recurring Billing.
Some Services (including The Society) are sold on a recurring subscription basis. Unless cancelled, Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly or annually) and Your payment method will be charged automatically. You acknowledge and agree that subscriptions continue until cancelled by You. © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 2 of 13 Second Act Advantage — Service Agreement
California Residents — Automatic Renewal Disclosures: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew on a recurring basis until You cancel. You may cancel at any time by following the cancellation instructions in Section 4.4 or by contacting Us at the address in Section 25. The amount charged on each renewal will be the then-current subscription price disclosed at the point of purchase or in account messages. We will notify You of material price
changes in advance as required by law.
4.3 No Refunds.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CREDITABLE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: NON-USE, DISSATISFACTION, CHANGE OF MIND, FAILURE TO COMPLETE A PROGRAM, ACCOUNT TERMINATION FOR CAUSE, MISSED LIVE SESSIONS, INABILITY TO ATTEND AN EVENT, TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES, OR FORCE-MAJEURE EVENTS. SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NOT PRORATED UPON CANCELLATION.
4.4 Cancellation.
You may cancel a subscription at any time by using the self-service cancellation tools in Your account dashboard or by emailing Us at the address in Section 25. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You will retain access to the cancelled Service through the end of the period for which You have already paid, and You will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle You to any refund of fees previously paid.
4.5 Failed Payments; Chargebacks.
If a payment fails, We may suspend or terminate Your access to any or all Services until payment is current. You agree not to initiate any credit card chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in connection with any charge that is consistent with this Agreement. You agree that Your sole remedy for any disputed charge is to follow the dispute procedure in Section 16. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles Company to recover the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
4.6 Taxes.
All fees are exclusive of any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes, which are Your sole responsibility, except for taxes imposed on Company’s net income.
4.7 Promotional Pricing & Trials.
From time to time We may offer promotional pricing, trial periods, founder pricing, lifetime access, or other limited offers. Such offers are governed by their stated terms. After any free or discounted period ends, recurring fees will be charged at the then-current rate unless You cancel before the end of the period. © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. 5. License to You
Subject to Your full compliance with this Agreement and continuing payment of all applicable fees, Company grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and the Content solely for Your own personal, non-commercial use during the period for which You have an active, paid (or expressly granted) entitlement.
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (a) copy, record, capture, transcribe, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, sublicense, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Services or Content; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Services or Content; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software portion of the Services; (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices; (e) use the Services or Content to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, or competitive product or service; (f)
scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services; (g) share login credentials, recordings, replay links, or paywalled materials with any non-Member; or (h) use the Services or Content to develop, market, or operate any product, program, course, community, coaching practice, or
service that competes with any current or future Company offering.
Any breach of this Section 5 will cause Company irreparable harm for which money damages alone are inadequate, entitling Company to seek injunctive relief without the requirement to post bond, in addition to all other remedies.
6. Intellectual Property
As between You and Company, Company and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and the Content, including all underlying software, methodologies, frameworks, curricula, prompts, models, AI outputs delivered through Company tools, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights. “Second Act Advantage,” “The Society,” “Digital Jay,” “nobox creatives,” and related
names and logos are trademarks of Company or its licensors. No rights are granted to You other than the limited license expressly set forth in Section 5. All other rights are reserved.
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvements You provide regarding the Services (“Feedback”) are non-confidential, and You hereby grant Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, modify, and exploit such Feedback for any purpose, without attribution or compensation.
7. Member Content & License to Company
You retain ownership of Member Content You submit to or through the Services. You hereby grant Company and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, create derivative works of, and otherwise © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 4 of 13 use Your Member Content (including Your name, voice, likeness, and image as embedded therein) in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Services and Company’s
business, in any media now known or hereafter developed.
You represent and warrant that: (a) You own or have all rights necessary to grant the license above; (b) Your Member Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; (c) Your Member Content does not violate any law or this Agreement; and (d) You have obtained any consents, releases, or permissions necessary from individuals depicted or referenced in Your Member Content.
Company has no obligation to monitor, edit, or remove Member Content but reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, screen, or disable any Member Content at any time and to terminate Your access for violations.
8. Recordings, Likeness, & Releases
You acknowledge that the Services — including livestreams, webinars, coaching calls, masterminds, community discussions, and live in-person events — may be recorded (audio, video, screen capture, transcript, and chat). By participating, You consent to being recorded and to Company’s use of those recordings as part of the Services and in marketing materials, promotional reels, social media, sales pages, and derivative works, in any media, in perpetuity, on a royalty-free basis, without further notice, compensation, or approval rights.
You grant Company an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use Your name, voice, likeness, image, biographical information, testimonials, and any statements You make in or about the Services for marketing, advertising, promotional, training, and editorial purposes, without further compensation or approval. If You do not consent to such use, You must not participate in the affected Service.
9. Talent; No Personal Engagement
Jay Samit and any other featured Talent participate in the Services as contributors to Company’s programs. Talent’s availability, format of participation, time commitment, and specific deliverables are determined by Company and may change at any time. Nothing in this Agreement creates a personal, professional, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, mentor-mentee, or advisor-client relationship between You and any Talent.
Talent has no individual contractual obligation to You and is not a party to this Agreement. You will not contact Talent personally outside of the Services for individualized advice, investment opportunities, introductions, or services. Any agreements You may have or make with Talent outside the Services are entirely separate from this Agreement and are at Your and Talent’s sole risk. © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 5 of 13
10. No Professional Advice
The Services and Content are provided for educational, informational, and inspirational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes, and nothing should be construed as, legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, real-estate, insurance, medical, mental-health, psychological, career placement, or other professional advice or services.
Company and Talent are not Your lawyer, accountant, CPA, financial advisor, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, insurance agent, physician, or therapist. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making any legal, financial, tax, investment, business, medical, or life decision. Reliance on any information provided through the Services is solely at Your own risk.
11. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY, BUILD ANY BUSINESS, GET ANY JOB, ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME, IMPROVE YOUR INCOME, BECOME WEALTHY, RETIRE, OR OBTAIN ANY OTHER RESULT FROM USING THE SERVICES. ANY EXAMPLES, CASE STUDIES, INCOME REFERENCES, OR TESTIMONIALS PRESENTED ARE NOT TYPICAL AND DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. YOUR RESULTS DEPEND ON YOUR EFFORT, SKILL, EXPERIENCE, MARKET CONDITIONS, AND MANY FACTORS BEYOND COMPANY’S CONTROL. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF NON-RESULTS.
12. Acceptable Use & Community Code of Conduct
You agree to behave with professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all interactions with Company personnel, Talent, and other Members. You will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- harass, bully, threaten, defame, stalk, dox, intimidate, or discriminate against any person;
- post, transmit, or solicit content that is unlawful, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that promotes self-harm;
- solicit, recruit, market, sell, or pitch any product, service, MLM, investment, or opportunity to other Members without Company’s prior written consent;
- share, post, distribute, or screen-record paywalled Content, recordings, replay links, prompts, frameworks, or other Content outside the Services;
- impersonate any person, misrepresent Your affiliation, or use multiple or false accounts;
- upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services;
- violate any applicable law or regulation, including export controls, anti-spam laws, securities laws, and consumer-protection laws; or © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 6 of 13
- use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or Company’s reputation.
Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, warn, mute, suspend, or permanently remove any Member who violates this Section, with no refund of any kind.
13. Confidentiality
You acknowledge that the Services may include confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to private community discussions, financial details and personal stories shared by other Members, unpublished frameworks, business plans, prompts, software roadmaps, and pre-release Content (“Confidential Information”). You agree to: (a) hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence; (b) not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party; (c) use Confidential Information only for Your personal use of the Services; and (d) not use Confidential Information for any competitive, commercial, journalistic, or tortious purpose. The obligations in this Section survive termination of this Agreement.
14. Live Events, Travel, & Assumption of Risk
Tickets and registrations for live events (in-person or virtual), conferences, retreats, and immersions — including the Bhutan forum referenced in Section 3 — are subject to the additional terms set forth at the time of registration and to this Agreement. Tickets are non-refundable and, except where the event listing expressly permits, non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation, visa, vaccination, insurance, and incidental costs.
You acknowledge that travel and live participation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, theft, loss, transportation delays, weather, geopolitical events, and force-majeure events. You voluntarily assume all such risks. Company is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any damages, costs, or losses arising from cancelled flights, missed events, lost luggage, illness, or any other travel-related incident.
Company reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, virtualize, or cancel any event for any reason. In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, Your sole remedy shall be (at Company’s election) admission to a substitute event of comparable value or a credit toward another Service — not a cash refund — except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Communications Consent
By providing Your contact information, You consent to receive communications from Company by email, push notification, in-app message, and (if You provide a mobile number) SMS/MMS, including transactional messages and marketing messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message or by contacting Us. Opting out of marketing does not
affect transactional messages necessary to deliver the Services. © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 7 of 13
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT (INCLUDING ANY “DIGITAL JAY” OUTPUT) MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR MISLEADING; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ANY OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM COMPANY OR THE SERVICES CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, OR TALENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND TALENT TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES, IN THE AGGREGATE, EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO COMPANY FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You. In such jurisdictions, Company’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification by You
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, licensors, contractors, and Talent from and against © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 8 of 13 any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) Your use or misuse of the Services or Content; (b) Your Member Content; (c) Your breach of this Agreement or any law; (d) Your violation of the rights of any third party; or (e) any decision or action You take based on the Services or Content. Company reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required
to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate with Our defense.
19. Term, Suspension, & Termination
This Agreement begins when You first access or pay for any Service and continues until terminated. Company may suspend or terminate Your access to any or all Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including (without limitation) for: violation of this Agreement; non-payment; chargeback; fraud; conduct that Company deems harmful to the community, Talent, or Company; or discontinuation of a Service. Termination by
Company for cause does not entitle You to any refund. Sections that by their nature should survive (including, without limitation, Sections 5–10, 13, 16–18, and 22–26) shall survive termination.
20. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and may be updated from time to time. By using the Services, You consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
21. Copyright (DMCA) Policy
Company respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects Members to do the same. If You believe that Content available through the Services infringes Your copyright, please send a notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to Our designated agent at the address in Section 25. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and may remove or disable allegedly infringing material and terminate the
accounts of repeat infringers.
22. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
22.1 Informal Resolution.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, You agree to first contact Us in writing at the address in Section 25 and provide a detailed description of the dispute, the relief sought, and Your contact information. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days before any arbitration or court action is commenced. © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 9 of 13
22.2 Binding Arbitration.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services that is not resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration shall be Atlanta, Georgia, and the arbitration may be conducted by telephone, video, or written submissions at Your election for claims under $25,000. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
22.3 Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver.
YOU AND COMPANY EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, MASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. THE ARBITRATOR HAS NO AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS, PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS PROCEEDING, OR AWARD CLASS-WIDE RELIEF.
22.4 Carve-Outs.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for any qualifying claim. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, to protect intellectual property, confidentiality, or other equitable rights, without first complying with the informal-resolution requirement.
22.5 Opt-Out.
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in this Section 22 by sending Us a written opt-out notice within thirty (30) days after first agreeing to this Agreement. The notice must include Your full name, address, email used to register, and a clear statement that You opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of this Agreement.
23. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement, and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and applicable federal law. Subject to Section 22, the exclusive venue for any non-arbitrable proceeding shall be the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and each party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
24. Modifications to the Agreement & Services
Company may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version at the location designated by Company, by emailing You, or by providing in-app notice. Modifications take © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. 26. Miscellaneous

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between You and Company regarding the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
26.2 Severability.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties’ intent.
26.3 No Waiver.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of any future enforcement of that or any other provision.
26.4 Assignment.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without Company’s prior written consent. Company may assign this Agreement at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section is void.
26.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries.
Except for Talent and Company’s affiliates and licensors (who are intended third-party beneficiaries of Sections 5–10, 13, 16–18, and 22–23), this Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties. © 2026 nobox creatives LLC. All rights reserved. | Page 11 of 13
26.6 Independent Contractors.
The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship.
26.7 Force Majeure.

26.8 Headings; Interpretation.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafter.
26.9 Electronic Acceptance.
You agree that clicking “I Agree,” submitting payment, or otherwise accessing the Services constitutes Your electronic signature and is legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature, in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and applicable state law.

By posting on the Sites, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us and/or relevant affiliated companies the worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive right to use your questions, comments, and postings, in their original or edited form, in television programs, books, articles, commentaries, or in any other medium now known or later developed. You also warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you have posted and that the public posting and use of such content by us will not infringe the rights of any third party. Additionally, you warrant that any “moral rights” in posted materials have been waived. You are not entitled to any compensation for any materials you may post on the Sites.

As stipulated by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools or strategies.
